He was surrounded and supported by his loving family during the last hours of his life.
She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Richard Croft; sons, Brian (Mary Ellen, and her daughter Shannon and family) Croft of Watkins Glen, and Michael (Sonja) Croft of Montour Falls; brothers, David (Lois) Decker and Charles (Vicky) Decker; sister-in-law Rita Decker; three grandchildren, Drake, Leeah and Connor; and several nieces and nephews. A celebration of Judy’s life will follow at the Mechanics Club, 237 W. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Care First or the American Cancer Society.

In 1970, Bill moved to Watkins Glen, NY with his family, where he purchased the E. Bill was also an elder of the First Presbyterian Church of Watkins Glen and served on the Regional Economic Development Committee.
In 1995, he was nominated Business Person of the Year by the Schuyler County Chamber of Commerce and in 2013 was inducted into the Schuyler County Hall of Fame.
She was born in Montour Falls, NY on February 22, 1946, the daughter of William and Doris Field, and graduated from Watkins Glen High School in 1964. She enjoyed many trips to Disney World, playing cards, gambling, and spending time with her family and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents, William and Doris Field; a brother, Robert Decker, and a sister, Gale Burgess.

She was born on May 18, 1936, the daughter of Helen and John Mathews.
Peters and his wife, Sonia, of Granby, VT; and numerous cherished nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws. Johnsbury Academy in 1958 and pursued collegiate studies at Lyndon Teachers College (Lyndon State College), Rutgers University and the University of Rochester. Bill was an active member of his community, serving on several boards of directors including the Schuyler County Chamber of Commerce, the Watkins Glen Grand Prix Corporation, and many proud years with Schuyler Hospital, where he served time as chairman.
He earned a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter professional designation and was a chapter member in Syracuse, NY. He was a devoted member of the Watkins-Montour Rotary Club, serving time as president and earning peer recognition as a Paul Harris Fellow.
He is survived by his sisters, Linda (Kirk) Smith of Montour Falls, and Christina (James) Inman of Lansing; a brother, John Hayes of Watkins Glen; a son, Christopher Carbone; grandchildren, Sierra and Nicholas Carbone; special cousin, Steve Hayes; longtime friend, Bill Payne; and several nieces and nephews.
